Nick Carolla brings a rare combination of architectural licensure, construction management experience, and business acumen to every engagement. As a licensed architect (NCARB) and AIA member with an MBA, he bridges the gap between design intent and financial reality — the precise intersection where owner interests are most often compromised.
With deep experience across municipal, higher education, K–12, and corporate sectors, Nick has overseen projects ranging from county highway facilities, city halls, libraires and high-rise residential developments. His approach is methodical, direct, and always oriented toward protecting the owner's investment.
